The Moldova Wine Festival is one of the largest outdoor events that takes place every year. The goal for the festival identity was to break traditional wine conventions, and attract more millenials.
The graphic system was based on the interplay between the letter "M" (Moldova) and "W" (Wine), the thin lines being inspired from the sharp-edged grape leaves, showing the extensive grape varieties growing on the Moldavian soil. Modern wine phrases are used repeatedly to break the complex wine jargon as a way to highlight that the festival is for everyone, not just for wine connoisseurs.
